Are your products ready-made or custom?

Yes, we provide safe and reliable delivery services to your doorstep. Delivery charges may vary depending on your location.

Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days, depending on your city and the product availability.

Currently, we do not offer installments. However, we aim to make our prices affordable and competitive.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking ID. You can easily track your order by visiting Order Tracking.

Yes, all product images on our website are original. Colors may slightly vary due to lighting and screen settings.

Yes, selected items come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details are mentioned on the product page.

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping will be available soon.

Payment & Policy

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), and Bank Transfers for a seamless shopping experience.

There are no additional fees for using Cash on Delivery (COD). However, certain payment methods may have transaction fees depending on your bank or payment provider.

Currently, we do not offer installment plans. However, we are working on making affordable payment options available in the future.

Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the payment details and order confirmation.

At this time, we do not accept gift cards or vouchers. Payments can be made via COD, bank transfer only.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, please contact our customer support for assistance.

Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and the size of the order. You will be notified of the shipping cost during checkout.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. However, if you need to make changes, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
